Processing Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Made-to-order items require additional production time and may take up to 10 business days to process before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order:
- 0–2 lbs: $5.00
- 3–7 lbs: $10.00
- 8–15 lbs: $20.00
- 15–100 lbs: $30.00
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $100.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Returns & Exchanges We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
