Exchange Policy


Exchange Policy

We have a 14 day exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn or unused, and undamaged with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or online order number for proof of purchase. Note any stains, tags removed, smoke smell, or pet hair will prevent us from being able to exchange the item.

Non-exchangeable items

Perishable goods (such as food, or perfume), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, shape wear , Legging, swim wear and jewelry). Sale items and gift cards are not exchangeable.

Thank you so much for your order! Orders typically ship Same day. If ordered M-F , orders placed over the weekend will ship First thing Monday.
We ship all orders using USPS Priority Tracked shipping , which typically takes 2-3 days for delivery.
We do not accept order cancellations. Once an order has been placed, we can offer an exchange. No refunds.
Kae & Co Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking. All packages will ship within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail and include $50 worth of insurance and tracking. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please let us know.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their current address is listed correctly when checking out. Please be sure to double check your shipping information before finishing the checkout process.
Defects:

We do our very best to inspect all items before heading your way but if for any reason there is a defect of some kind we may have missed, we will cover return shipping and work with you to rectify the situation. We want to make sure you are Happy!! Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items cannot be washed or worn when claiming a defect. After 24 hours of order delivery, Kae & Co Boutique can no longer be held responsible.

If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, the items will be donated after 30 days. Further if an item is still pending pickup Kae & CO Boutique is not responsible for items lost after 60 days of being left in pending pickup at the storefront. 

Pick Up Orders:

Items ordered online will be bagged and marked as ready for pickup. When the item is marked as ready for pick up you will receive email confirmation. at that time  will be the starting point for the 14 window exchange time frame.

Store Credit is no longer an option as of 1/1/2025
