Exchange Policy

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item (shipped) or 7 days from the time the item is marked ready for pickup to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or online order number for proof of purchase. Note any stains, tags removed, smoke smell, or pet hair will prevent us from being able to exchange the item.

To start an exchange , you can contact us at kaecoboutique@gmail.com, or bring the item in store. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package if it has been shipped , in-store items will be exchanged in-store via finding a replacement item, or we can issue an exchange gift card. Shipped Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, or perfume), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and jewelry). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Store Credit is also an option if no exchange is found in store the day of exchange.
